Perfect tool to make spiral cuts on the fly. Perfect as well when you run out kitchen space. Or time. Blades unlock with a fraction of a turn and that small twist releases from container and then one blade from the other.
Useful tip: do not use the pusher too early: not needed until you get close to the blade. Otherwise, as easy as a pencil sharpener; same idea actually.
I own another small one, different brand, but the Paderno makes real noodles as opposed to flat strands.
Easy clean under tap water and nylon brush. Love it!
