Finally a truly healthy snack.

Finally a truly healthy snack that actually tastes good. I just tried these today and they exceeded my expectations tenfold. I was preparing myself for something tasteless that would require a flavorful topping to enjoy, but they were surprising good on their own. These satisfy my chip craving perfectly. The are rich in protein, iron, magnesium, and phosphorous. Can't beat that.
I have seen this product selling on amazon for a significantly higher price per box than this particular seller. As much as I like it, I don't think it's worth spending much more than around $4 for one box ( I got mine as an add on item for $3.89). For a 4.4oz box, it's hard for me to justify paying much more than that. The crackers are delicious, but very light, so it's easy to go through them.

Fragile!

This is a good and healthy alternative for those on a gluten-free food program. I was introduced to this product while traveling abroad, so when I returned I was pleased to find it offered on Amazon. However, the crispsbread is quite fragile, and my 3 packages arrived with about half broken into pieces and some quite crumbled. Still tastes good, but a bit hard to use. I plan to re-order and hope for better packaging on my next order.
Needs a good topping....

Just Ok...they tried...but this cracker really lacks flavor... just a bit more salt might help ... I ended up eating these with cheese and fresh basil, but the crackers themselves really have ZERO flavor to contribute so don't count on these to spice up your dinner party! On the plus side - these are really "clean and nutritious" so I'm happy to see Organic products made with a few simple ingredients! I have a lot of food allergies so I'm always delighted to find foods I can eat! I'm' glad these exist, and I may purchase them again, but I'll be planning very flavorful toppings in order to mask the total lack of flavor from the crackers themselves.
Very Good

An interesting taste that is good with stronger flavored cheeses. It can hold its own. I'm used to the Quinoa Crispbreads which have a very light taste and are good with everything because of the very light flavor. My favorite thing about these crispbreads is the low cal, low fat, low sodium, and that you can have four of them for only 80 calories. I usually only eat two. I had given up on crackers etc., because who needs the extra calories and fat, but these let me enjoy a crunchy snack on occasion without worrying about my daily caloric etc., intake.
The only gluten, sugar and yeast-free crispbread on the market!

These crackers are absolutely unique. I'm buying them all the time and can't find any alternatives.
I'm trying to maintain a gluten-free, sugar-free, and yeast-free diet to control my seasonal allergies. It works great for me. But it takes some courage on my side since I love bread, desserts and snacks. It's almost impossible to find gluten-free crispbread without yeast and sugar. I was looking far and wide. The only one product I was able to find is specifically this Les Pain des Fleurs Crispbread, Ancient Grain variety. Be aware that Buckwheat and Quinoa varieties have cane sugar in them.
Inside the box you will find two individually sealed packets with 16-17 crisps each. About 32-34 crisps per package.
As for the taste "“ these crisps has a very mild taste. Don't expect them to taste super great. They are made from brown rice, buckwheat, millet and sea salt. That's it "“ no sugar, no yeast, no starches, no gum, preservatives, flavors or anything extra. The taste is in fact almost unnoticeable. Which I personally like since it doesn't overwhelm whatever I put on them. I use it to make small sandwiches with butter, vegetables and spreads. I don't really like to eat them on their own.
They are very crunchy and airy. Sometimes they break right in my hands.
Again, this is a unique product with very simple ingredients and without known to me alternatives. It's hard for me to rate it anything less than 5 stars for that reason. I will be buying it as long as it's available and would recommend to anybody who is trying to avoid sugar, yeast and gluten.
P.S.: If you know any alternative crispbread that is gluten, sugar and yeast-free, I would highly appreciate the recommendation.
