Bought this for a trip to Europe, and didn't really end up using it at all. It's soft and it's nice that it can be attached to loops on your backpack or suitcase. However, when I actually tried to sleep, I couldn't find a comfortable position. It always made my neck feel awkward and bent. Could be just me, but maybe go try one of these at a store and see if it works for you before ordering it here.
I recommend it, but would suggest ordering a washable cover.

Just opened today. I rarely give 5 star rating, an since I haven't really had time to try it, I only gave it 5. It has a snap so it cuddles around your neck. Makes an awesome comfortable neck-warmer for winter, so I ordered a washable cover tonight. I envision using it nearly every night and want to prevent skin oils from soiling it. I'm pleased with the neck support when I lean back against the sofa.

Maybe I got a different version than all these people leaving positive reviews, but the one I got has zero support. Having this on my neck is no better than having no pillow at all. It's just smushy, but I was looking for something to support my head so I could sleep sitting up without badly straining my neck.
