I have a weak neck problem and use this to sleep in and when watching TV as a neck support. With the snap, the pillow stays in place all night. It machine washes and dries beautifully. It is much more comfortable than the metal frame I was issued by my doctor.

Maybe I got a different version than all these people leaving positive reviews, but the one I got has zero support. Having this on my neck is no better than having no pillow at all. It's just smushy, but I was looking for something to support my head so I could sleep sitting up without badly straining my neck.
