Came here today to buy replacement heads ..realized I didn't give feed back ..Hands down favorite mop ..have had original set for over 3 years ..cleans everything walls floors ..I use it on carpet for stains ..everything.. Gets nasty stains up so quick ..most mops hurt my back and I dread mopping this one does not and it majes me want to mop all the time ..toss them in washer they come out great ..I keep one for dog urine ..one for walls ..etc .. There's a similar brand out there that you step in bucket to spin it ..hate that one its a chore lol ..gonna order more today ..they last really long time ..

I really like this mop. It's very effective. Last time I used only vinegar water; if I'd had grease on my floor, I think I'd need something stronger. I like how I'm able to reach between my stove and refrigerator, which I was never able to do well with my "standard" grocery store mop. The twist is very good at extracting water, so I can decide how wet I'd like the mop to be- a great function when you have wood floors and tile.

I love my mop. I have restrictions on bending, stooping, etc. This mop is extremely light weight. It cleans excellent. I use it to sweep, then mop. But, on a caution note: Only use a small amount of cleaner in bucket because it will give you a lot of bubbles and that interferes with mopping by creating extra work. The bucket is light as well and easy to dump water out. Don't assume you know how it works, follow instructions. There's really not a lot to assemble but putting the mop pieces together. Buy this mop and this brand, you won't be dissatisfied!

Although the mop package comes with 2 mop heads, I purchased 2 extras to go along with it... So far,(after a year of mopping) I haven't had to open them yet... however.. I do save 1 for my walls only... these mop heads are brilliant for washing down walls with... I can do my whole house with them in just a couple of hours... I throw them in the washing machine and then just hand them on a hook to dry.. they are holding together great... I am glad I purchased the 2 extras.. even though I'm sure the mop may wear out before the heads

i purchased this and two mop heads back in early June. I am six foot seven inches tall, and even though I would like the mop handle to have an inch or two extra in length, I can use the mop properly. It is a very easy to put together handle, and the mop head snaps on easily. I have used both white vinegar and water, or mistolin and water, when I want a disinfecting effect, the lever on the mop handle is down, for rinsing, and spinning the mop. It is also down when you mop. The spin works well if you start with slow even pushes on the handle, and build up speed. Five to six pushes is all that is needed to wring the mop. You must use a forward to back motion, for optimal washing of floors. A side to side motion makes the handle feel as if it will bend.
The mop head snaps off easily, when head is dirty. You can then throw the head into the washer. Do NOT use fabric softener, as it will prevent the mop head from absorbing liquids.
The pail is made from a heavy grade of plastic, and is quite easy to carry when filled to the specified line. Going over this line results in water going over the spin wringer. It is also very easy to empty.
I spoke to the company before purchase, and was given very useful, and good advice. It made my decision to purchase this product easier.
It is a very well made product, and I plan on purchasing additional Twist and Shout mops as gifts, in the near future.
