Bought 2 to use in LR and BR. Also have weather station which measures humidity. Initially it read 30-35% humidity; after 2 months of use it won't go above 25% & they've been cleaned as instructed plus additive used. While each one uses @ least 2 gallons of water PER DAY, I really don't think they're making any difference but my husband says something is working for it to take in all that water!
