Unlike the other reviews, I received the entire kit, bins, labels, chips and all.
You pretty much get what's on the tin. It's a good variety of CMOS chips in a decent set of bins. There is no anti-static foam, or anything extra.
My only complaint is that the labels are very slightly too large to be applied flush.
One thing to note is that there are more bins than chip varieties. They are meant to be stored two varieties to a bin, and you are left with 15 empty spots. If only I could come up with 15 more useful CD4000 chips.

Nothing wrong with this product

Since two reviewers did not receive the complete product, I was a little uneasy about ordering this - didn't want to go through the hassle of sending something back. But the price was good and I needed not only a stock pile of 4000 Series CMOS chips but also some more storage units for them, so I gave it a try. The package arrived ahead of time and in mint condition. I did spot test some chips (not all 300) and they were OK. None of them looked used (such as pins bent to fit sockets or breadboards) and none looked like they had been previously soldered in. Yes, the labels are slightly bigger than they should be and the lexicographical order in which the chip numbers are printed on them is a little "unusual" at times, but I saw no reason to deduct stars for this as this is purely cosmetic and the functionality is not impacted. But I am an engineer, and, say, a graphic designer might think differently.
