I hate to write a bad review. It gets 2 stars only because it worked when I plugged it in. Other than that: horrible picture which disappears at the slightest angle, the speakers sound like a loud headphone that someone else is wearing (all muffled treble) and only ONE HDMI port and THAT ONE is so hard to plug anything in to... an Amazon Fire Stick WILL NOT fit. The surrounding cavity is too small. Plus, the brand is so obscure that it is nowhere to be found on my cable system so I can not program the cable remote to this TV. I have to go "old school" with 2 remotes: one for cable and one for the TV (like it's 1997). Sorry Axess, even if this were $50 I would write the same review (too bad it's priced at $125).

This TV is ok if you can't hear anything. Picture is good but the sound coming out is like listening through a tin can. Tried to deal with it but couldn't. Before you buy this tv stop and spend less money and go with the pro-scan one. Sound is good on this one!! And cheaper too!

The tv would not turn on so I disconnected it and tried again. after several attempts it finally turned on and worked normally. The next day the same.
after several days of this now I can't get it to turn on. I made the mistake of waiting three months to unbox it. Now customer support wants me to pay $60.00 per hour labor and shipping both ways. I will donate it to Good will and never wait longer than a day to unbox a product.
