The plug in was a little loose when we got it, now you have to wiggle it or hold just right to get it to work. I can't see how to contact the company. $100 product should not be failing already. Otherwise, we like it.

Tablet itself is OK and woks well, the problem is in the construction of the internal electronics and connections. First unit lasted 2 days before the power receiver on the tablet broke loose from the inside and was unusable. Called and told the Co about the problem and was sent another power supply which does no good when the internal connection is bad. Called again and they said send it back and we will get another sent. I told them I did not have the packaging and not to bother I will find a solution myself. They sent 2nd unit and I repaired the original to make it durable as it should have been. Did the same to the 2nd unit to be sure same problem did not happen again. Small revision to the process would have eliminated the problem.
