Have cooked several foods in the fryer, cauliflower turned out great. Doesn't heat up the kitchen so really like that.

Outstanding!!!! I absolutely love my new gadget. It's been perfect for the summer because I haven't used my oven very much at all. I've cooked a variety of meats, vegetables, cinnamon rolls, sweet potato fries, etc. Very easy and good is delicious. Great investment!!

Great oil less fryer. Does a great job on most foods, very quick cooking cycle.Easy to clean bowl.

We used this to cook chicken wings (from frozen) and pork belly (fresh) at the same time, and both came out delicious! Then made a small batch of bacon which crisped up beautifully.
Then made bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers and bacon-wrapped avocado slices.
Next used this to cook frozen breaded chicken tenders and tater tots. The chicken came out juicier than if we'd baked it.
Clean up is super easy, even though I keep forgetting to spray the wire racks and baskets to make it rinse faster.

The food is delicious, and juicy. The kitchen doesn't heat up, and we don't have to pour gallons of oil in and then figure out how to pour it all back out again. This is FAR superior to a deep fryer, and I can avoid using nasty vegetable oils.

It is very large, otherwise this would LIVE on my counter top because I can see using this for just about anything!

The instructions come with a great guide for temperature and rack position for many common foods, including fresh vs frozen. I cooked things not on the list but was able to get an idea of how to time and temp set based on the many variations they suggest. There's a recipe book, as well, though all it really does is prove you can make anything in this appliance, there's nothing particularly spectacular versus what I'd normally make.

The light is very bright when it comes on, and mesmerizing. We couldn't stop watching the first meal cook - it was fascinating! Best part was that it didn't heat up the kitchen while it cooked as our oven would have done.

Okay, no, best part was HOW EASY clean up was. Seriously. I'll be using this for way more meals than I'd originally planned just based on that!

The Big Boss Air fryer is the biggest sleeper purchase I havr ever had. I was skeptical at first and forced to find a quick fix for my situation. I moved into an older home and the gas connection was leaking and needed to be replaced completely from the meter. I've seen infomercials for air fryers before but they did not have transparent cooling chambers. Which means you lose heat every time you check on your food. The Big Boss 16 quart container is massive and you do not lose temperature because your progress is visible. The suggested cooking temperature book is a great. The more you use it, you can tweak the temperatures for your style of cooking. It comes with two levels of cooking racks and a wire basket. There is a big spacer ring that allows for large items to cook. The trick I've learned is to use the spacer anytime I cook multilayered meals. Prime example of what you see in the photos. 22 ounce steak on the top with potatoes underneath using the two racks. I've stir fried, baked chicken, fried chicken, scrambled eggs, baked muffins, cooked an 8 pound whole bird, and the lost list goes on. Easy rinse out for cleaning. If you clean it after each use you can simply rinse it out and sponge clean. Otherwise just fill it with an inch of water and use the self clean option. I have brought this to tailgates and put gas and charcoal grills to shame.
