Worked right out of the box no problem

I like how small it is. The only complaint is that the buttons don't have enough texture to tell between them or to be able to push them easily when gloved.
returned item or brand new?

It does what it has to do, no complaints from the product. HOWEVER, Amazon, please stop selling returned/used items as "brand new"! It came with visible marks of previous ownership. Therefore 3 stars just fell from the sky.
The replacement was very easy to reprogram

Garage doors came with two units, the clip is not very strong and one unit fell off belt and was lost. The replacement was very easy to reprogram, so have two working units again, which I now carry in a pocket.
