part of a number of VTech smart wheels (5 in all.. planes, cars, cop cars, etc) I purchased for my grandson's 3rd bday. They are made of apparently tough plastic...the colors are bright and cheerful... fairly heavy for what they are... I think they will survive a few trips down the stairs... they are pretty loud... I was kind of surprised. I mean, you won't need earplugs or anything.. but they do ramble on loudly a bit longer than I would like. Ha. But they live at Mommy and Daddy's house so that is ok. I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

We have a few of these cars. My son loves pushing the buttons and then pushing them around. They are the perfect size for little hands. They are durable which is a major plus when it is a toy for very young children. My only complaint is how easy they go off when touched. I've set them off cleaning up so many times, but it is easy to just turned then off.

First of all, I ordered this car as an add on item from Amazon and was shipped the police car instead. It wasn't worth a hassle to return, and I just wanted a new vehicle so it worked for us.
My kids have several VTech Go Go collections, both animal and vehicle. I love the open ended nature of the collections with enough track. I like the size of the cars because they are a good size for toddler hands and don't get lost easily. I like the little bit of songs and information that the car says if it's not on the track, but honestly, if rather just leave the cars off when using the tracks as the song or information doesn't always have time to finish before it goes over another touch point and starts something new.
The cars fits well with all of the sets we have and works on both our animal tracks and vehicle tracks and train tracks. We have had no issues with it not rolling down any loops or hills and the battery life is long if you turn it off when putting it away.

I bought this for my daughter because she has the Smart People and loves them. She isn't as interested in this one but it is still really cute. It talks and lights up when you press the button. I do have 2 complaints though. Once in awhile it will just go off in the middle of the night by itself so I have to make sure it is turned off. The second is that when I received it the batteries were almost dead because it would only start making noise and turn off.
