Definitely for someone who just had a baby. Not for use in women who do kegals all the time. If you are to tight these can get almost stuck

Very light and small. You'll be better off getting something heavier and larger unless you are very tight. In the end these are more akin to a child's marble smasher than they are to actual kegel exercise balls.

These are for women who've recently given birth. Not for women who are experienced with kegel. These are way too big and too light. The more experienced you are with kegel, the smaller and heavier you need your ben wa balls to be. Otherwise you're wasting your time. But these are pretty so I might use them as decoration in my fish tank.

These were ok. I actually hard a hard time keeping these in place. I didn't read until after that it was kind of a common problem. I panicked thinking 3 kids had ruined me. Haha
