These noodles are very good. This is a firm, chewy noodle that really stands up. The portion seems small in the package, but when cooked it looks about the same as other instant noodles. The seasoning packet is more of a let down. It's a vinegar, soy and spice liquid that really doesn't do th noodles justice. I will buy this again just for the noodle, they're that good. I have sauces of my own that I will use to dress them.

Generally the flat noodles have consistently been better than the traditional mass-produced ramen noodle. And the seasoning is equally identical in quality. Ramen=crap, flat noodle=better quality.
