We have had this topper for six months. Initially, we were very happy with it. It provided all the relief advertised, initially we would have given in very high praise. At first it seemed like we had a new mattress. About two month ago, I starting having increased pain when sleeping. Shortly after my wife was having the same problem. The mattress pad has developed such defined body impressions that it no longer provides any support. It still presents the illusion of comfort. It still seems soft, but we both find ourselves trapped in a hole. The initial density of the pad is thick and heavy where you sink into it slowly. After time, the area that you lay in softens up signifigantly from the rest of the pad. The quality sleep is gone. This thing is supposed to have a ten year warranty, but we certainly don't want another one so it is not worth the pursuit to get it replaced.

I ordered this mattress topper for our king bed as well as for the guest queen bed. It was packed very well and super easy to undo the roll and put on the bed. In a matter of just a half hour or so it expands to the full height. The bed is so comfortable with this topper! I highly recommend it if you are looking to make your mattress more comfortable.

Six weeks ago, I purchased this mattress which I truly regret. The product has not lived up to the advertising. In less than six weeks, the mattress has lost firmness and buoyancy in the area of upper body even after being rotated occasionally. (FYI, my weight is 215 lbs.) The first week or so it was OK but the honeymoon wore off quickly. Also, the top fiber fill mattress cover has absolutely no advantage. It only gives the perception of comfort. I would suggest that anyone considering this product to put their money toward a new mattress instead. The so-called 10 year warranty is an advertising gimmick. After only six weeks, my refund period has expired. This purchase was a total waste of money.

---------- Update - 3/8/17: I did get the complete set when they shipped me a replacement. As far as what the product is like, I'm not really impressed. It definitely looks like it should be very comfortable: the topper is suitably puffy and the foam is very dense, and it fits my queen sized bed perfectly (which seems to be rare with mattress pads, ever other one I've ever had has come short of the edge of the bed). That said, I cannot get comfortable on it. It is not supportive and despite the topper, it really, *really* retains heat, more than any gel/foam pad I've ever had. I can no longer sleep covered up because I get so hot, and I'm a very cold-natured person. I've also had problems with my lower back since using it; by about 3-4 am, it's hurting like crazy. All in all, if it weren't so difficult to repackage, I would have sent this back. I'm making myself use it because it was a costly purchase, but I'm not sure how much longer my back will allow me to do so.

I should have listened to the reviews/questions asked about this topper, but I thought, what were the chances, *really*, that I would not get the plush fiber top like other folks? Turns out, 100%. I opened the box and saw white cloth rolled up between the gel pad and though that was top part to the pad set, and cut open the plastic holding the gel pad in its compact form so that it could expand, and nope. The cloth was just a cloth packed in with the gel pad. There was no fiber topped, like many others said happened to them. When I contacted Amazon, they wanted me to repack the gel pad and send it back, but there's no WAY that's happening, it's four times the size it was originally because it's decompressed now! I am currently awaiting a new order in the hopes that the whole set is there so that I can take the fiber topper from that and send back the still-compressed gel pad, thereby fulfilling the requirements of replacement, but I'm not holding my breath. If the topper is missing from the second set, I will have to send both back, and I honestly have no idea how I'm going to ship that decompressed pad. I'm sure not going to pay extra for a larger box when the error is not on my end. Today is Wednesday and the new order should be here on Friday, I will update once that order arrives.

In the photos: You can see the white cloth between the gel rolls - it is NOT the fiber topper. The sticker show is on the outside of the plastic holding the gel pad; it even says on it that it should be two parts. There were also obvious signs of something else once being attached to this - tape and more plastic - that I assume had something to do with that missing topper.

Let me help you out & save you tons of time... I spent HOURS online researching for the best, most cost effective mattress topper & I kept coming back to this one. I also checked the consumer reviews website as I do before I make any big purchases & this rating was high. I knew to not get anything less than 3", really 4" high, since over time you would have no benefit.

The first hour I received this, it was already on my bed & it was so incredibly comfy. Everything is at first though, right?! I didn't realize it then but as the days go by this just gets better & better & better. I suffer from fibromyalgia & insomnia and was desperate to find something, anything, that would help instigate & sustain a better night sleep for me.

I am still bewildered some mornings when I wake up with zero lower back pain & less aching in my body. If for some reason this one ever wears out or is destroyed, I would pay twice the price for another one. That is how much I love this thing!!

Unlike some of the other mattress toppers I've had, this one does not move during the night nor does it move when I slide off my bed in the morning. With many others I have owned, I have constantly needed to readjust or pull more to one side or pull it back up to the top of my bed. I have none of that hassle with this. It stays completely put. This mattress topper is all one piece and is exactly like a mattress pad only everything is built nice & tidy into this one piece and you put it on just like you would a fitted bed sheet. So you would put this on first, then make your bed as you normally would with your sheets, blanket, comforter. There is no need for a mattress pad as this is all in one piece already. So when I first put this on my bed, I looked at it & figured the reviews I read lied!! LoL! I didn't believe something that looked so simple, could provide such comfort. I was so so wrong & this is one time I am ecstatic to be wrong!!

I wouldn't hesitate for a second to buy this. If you're on the fence about it, just know I did hours of research & have been using this now for over a month & I am in love!! This is hands down, one of THE BEST products I have ever purchased for myself! There is no reason to stay on the fence... I'm telling you, if you're looking for a better night sleep, more comfort at night or both, this is exactly what you need!
