Got this after waking with a stiff neck that still lingers after a few months. I'm currently in physical therapy which has helped but not cured the ache/discomfort. This adds at home releif i can use any time i need extra releif beyond my therapy. I have used it only heated so far and find 3 mins in micro on high is perfect for me....others may vary.obviously check the temperature before you apply. The reason I gave 4 stars is the wheat or whatever is in there shifts because it is not filled enough in my opinion , so I am constantly adjusting it on my neck. I love cuddling up with it at night before bed to keep warm on those chilly nights even if I'm not in pain. It has helped my pain and relieved my still neck well.

Can't say enough about how much I love my Buckys. This is our 3rd one. Both my husband and I use them for neck and back pain. They are also amazing for warmth. In the winter we put one at the foot of the bed and the bed is warm in no time. The last ones lasted about 7 years. They may last longer however we had a cat that loved sleeping on them. They keep their warmth if they are under covers, a blanket or under a sleeping animal!

Okay, to say this is now my new best friend is an understatement. I am in love. This thing drapes over your shoulders and neck for an awesome, heated, relaxing experience. But wait....it fits comfortably in the crook of your neck so that sitting in a chair watching television you are comfortably braced. it can be microwaved or frozen. I can wrap around a wrist, drape over a knee or shoulder. I love it. It is one of the best purchases I have made in a while. I'm hooked.

I suffer from sciatica and lower back pain. This wrap is amazing. Pop it into the microwave for a couple minutes, and it provides lasting moist heat. It's large enough to spread over my entire lower or upper back. It has some decent weight to it so I can lie on my side and wrap it around my hip and lower back without it sliding off. It's super versatile and can be used for the neck and shoulders as well. It does have an odor when heated, but I don't find it unpleasant. It kind of reminds me wheat pancakes.

Now the nights have turned cold here in Los Angeles, I use this often as both a neck warmer and also for feet or any other bits that are cold. The fabric has a nice feel to it and the cover is removable so you can wash that easily if necessary. The buckwheat heats up evenly and doesn't sweat excessively or have an overpowering smell which some of them do. I'd definitely buy this again and highly recommend it if you're looking for something comforting.
