Simple installation. Works fine.
We had some issues for ordering and delivery.
Damaged freight. Appeared a fork lift caused the damages.
Seller was right on it soon as I said damaged freight.
The manufacturer replaced the damaged pieces.
Lengthy, aggravating ordeal for me but seller and manufacturer made it right.

PS. The tie down ratchets we're not attached to the lift. They had hooks on both ends of the strap. This is very inconvenience and difficult for seniors to use.
I bolted the ratchets to the lift platform. So much easier to use.
I performed the entire installation from my manual wheelchair with help from my wife with the exception of running the power wire to the battery.
