Very nice vacuum. Purchased a commercial vacuum for use at a Veterinarians office. We didn't even have the sweeper 1 month and the cord keeps pulling out of the back of the vacuum. Also the cord clip broke off where you wind the cord up. Tried to also clip the cord in the small cord clip so it isn't dragging on the floor. But the clip is to small, so had to zip tie the cord around the handle. Called for warranty and have to send into a repair shop, which means after only 2 months of owning the sweeper we will be without. Looks like someone took a regular vacuum and replaced with a commercial cord Would love to be refunded and receive a better vacuum.

This was purchased for a non-profit business. The building is wide and long. This vacuum as a great suction capability. It is easy to empty, and has a very long electrical cord, so you can vacuum a long way, before having to find a new electrical outlet.
