I usually purchase this food at a local pet store.Our dogs have been on this food for several months. However with Hurricane Irma bearing down on us, I decided to order via Amazon. Just finally opened the bag last week. My boys (all three of them) normally dive into their food and don't raise their heads until the bowl is empty. For some reason NONE of them will eat this. Now I am stuck with a large bag of food that they won't eat. I don't know if the food is stale or if sitting on a UPS truck for several days (this was delivered AFTER Irma. :( ) had anything to do with it. I'm afraid to donate the almost full bag for fear it might make someone elses' dog sick. Going back to the pet store and will pay more for this but know my dogs will eat it.

My dogs ate nutro in the toy breed size and loved it- one day last year, the package changed. I called chewy and they told me the recipe was the same, and that it was only the packaging that changed. My dogs ate it and for the next few days had diarrhea and foamy stool 🤢 I called the company and they confirmed that the recipe had indeed changed. I was very upset at a nowhere in the package did it say that the ingredients had changed. Out of ideas I did a quick Internet search and was looking for food that came in very tiny size kibble, as my Chihuahuas only 3 pounds and even the "small breed" kibble is too big. I didn't bother reading them off and slowly adding this to their diet, as the Nutro was making them sick. I just gave them a bowl of this wellness, and they loved it! The transition was easy and they had no stomach or digestive issues with it. It's also for five dollars cheaper than the Nutro. My dogs love this this is the new food of choice.

I love Wellness. This is not the real wellness you get from the store. The color is different. the dust is different it smells different. My dog immediately noticed it before I did. He didn't want to eat his dinner which he will do even if he is sick. Eating is his most favorite thing to do. He did not want to eat this and I encouraged him. I sat with him until he ate it. My dog got sick from eating this, he had major stomach and skin issues a few days after eating this and until I switched it. The vet couldn't find anything wrong with him other than upset stomach from the food. He said he has had people buying dog food off Amazon and their dogs are getting sick. He said some brands are knock offs or old. I don't know what this is, but I feel like this is a scam possibly imitating the real thing. I compared store bought to this and it is not the same!!! I am reporting it to Amazon and anyone else that has this problem should too. It's cheap because its not the same.. My dog is healthy now that he is back on the real wellness.

I have special need dogs . Young and senior .. Some have missing teeth so the small bites help them eat .. Some are blind and elderly and they can smell how good the food is ... Their stools are perfect and they seem so much healthier on this food . They are walking much better and their coats are beautiful. My senior dog was recently diagnosed with arthritis and uses This joint chewable supplement Vitapet Advanced Strength Joint and Hip Chewables to feel much better. She's running and playing with her sister again and that makes me smile . Delivery was very fast and service from the Vitapet group was exceptional!

My 3 month old Schnoodle loves this food! We tried switching to Wellness Core Grain Free but he refused to eat it so we switched back to this and he is so very excited when it is time to eat. I read some reviews stating that the bags they ordered from Amazon had mold in it and was not the size and shape as the bags purchased locally. I took a chance and the bag I received was fresh and had an expiration date over a year from now. The size and shape of the kibble is the same as the locally purchased bag. My puppy waits in anticipation at every meal for me to pour his serving in his bowl. His stool is also more formed and he is only going once a day rather than three times a day when he was on Wellness core. I am very happy to have the convenience and savings of having this food delivered to my house on subscribe and save and my puppy is happy too!
