not at all. even with an MBA i wasn't smart enough to install the suspension. it didn't fit. i called 3M, but she couldn't help, but said i had the correct components and was supposed to email me a video, but didn't. i even tried another contractor who frequently wears hardhats and he couldn't install it either and also thought i had the wrong components. i returned it.
Does not come with ratchet head piece as advertised
