who knew you could have delicious polenta in 3 minutes or less. this is delicious and so easy to prepare. i will be having polenta on a more regular basis now that i don't have to stand over the stove and stir for a long time. i add 1/2 cup more liquid, sometimes it's milk along with butter, salt and pepper and when it is almost cooked, take off the heat, and stir in cheese to taste. i prefer a less solid end result, and the added liquid makes it just right to our taste.
