We like these for a gluten free go to easy meal, however it seems like each time we get a different consistency with the same instructions. Sometimes the noodles cook just right and others they are too firm or too soft even when we use the same cooking time and stir it.

Haven't tried the product, planning on sending back because despite a nearly perfect condition box (small dent on one corner), two cups were already open and spilled inside. It looked like an inferior seal, one lid was actually partially tucked inside. After reading other reviews this seems to be a common problem, along with a less-than-desirable product taste and texture. The product itself may not be inferior, taste and texture being a personal preference, but the careless packaging doesn't make me want to test that theory.
