My kids are big fans of kraft macaroni and cheese. Came across this on Amazon while searching for a different products and it peaked my interest. Thought I'd give it a try for curiosity sake. I have to say we were very pleasantly surprised! It tastes exactly like the original pasta product. If I were not to tell you, it was different in any way before feeding it to you, you'd never guess. I also liked that is cooked up at the same as regular pasta. I've had other "pasta alternative" products in the past that no matter what you did cooked up soggy or chewy or just plain gross. Not these. They cooked up the same as regular pasta, and when done has the same texture. Very happy and will continue to order and enjoy these!

I eat cauliflower on a regularly and find it as a good substitute as it doesn't have a strong flavor. When trying plain noodles you can taste a difference but with cheese tastes the same to me. The noodles definitely crumble easier is the best way to put it, they are a different texture. I had no milk/butter on hand and mixed with water and few drops of butter flavor extract and it tasted great still.
