Great wetting agent to soak your house and sheds before the sparks come.

Solid product, excellent information on DVD. I live in a dry, rural California canyon and my house burned down 4 years ago. If you have plenty of water pressure, which we do, there is no need to buy a $4k self contained foam machine. This device has the soap and mixer - you supply the hose and water!
A big misconception I had was that a layer of foam would remain to protect from fire sparks. Foams don't work like that. The foam just makes the water soak into the flammable materials better than plain water so it stays wet longer. I'm pretty sure I won't have enough time to go through all the foam cartridges in case of a fire evacuation, so I'm happy with the 3 foam cartridges included. It gives me some peace of mind to know I have something effective to prepare my place with before evacuation.
