Top notch product

These are an amazing alternative to regular suspenders which I found to not be an option for work. I bought the 2 inch and 1 1/2 inch. I like the 1 1/2 inch ones more. They feel very light, and I feel no restriction in mobility. I like to wear them in conjunction with a loose belt. It's a relief to not have to tighten my belt to an uncomfortable level in order to have blue jeans stay up properly anymore.
One relative of mine has some mobility problems so he usually wears a type of sweat pants. He now wears the 1 1/2 inch Hold-Ups as well since a belt is not an option in his situation. The fact that these attach at the sides is extremely helpful for him since hooking up regular suspenders in the back would always require the assistance of a second person.
The only negative on the 1 1/2 inch version for me is that plastic piece, the ones without the clasp, can slip out of place and go vertical, sort of causing the fabric to bunch up at the narrow ends of the plastic piece. I didn't have the velcro part perfectly aligned when that occurred, but it still seems like something that could be fixed in an updated design.

Keep your pants on, chubby!

The first day I wore them I was disappointed because they wouldn't stay clipped to the waistband of the dress pant I wore to work so I took them off.
I tried them again with jeans and they stay clipped perfectly. It's a little extra work to use the restroom because you have to take off your outer shirt, but it's well worth it.
I'm a bigger guy with no hips or ass, so keeping pants up while wearing tools or a gun and holster can be a struggle. These suspenders solve that issue 100%.
I find it's more comfortable to wear a full undershirt rather than tank top underneath because the straps rub near the under arms but again, that's a minor issue and well worth it to keep the pants up.
Update: I can't live without these!

Stubborn husband discovered he loves them!
Mumsie•January 2, 2018
My husband has developed a pot belly over the years. He also has no butt, so his pants are always in danger of falling down, and he is forever hitching them up. For the past 2 years I kept asking him if he wanted to try suspenders, but he was adamant that he would hate them, they would make him look old, would be uncomfortable, etc.
Well, I discovered these undergarment suspenders and ordered them for him. He was intrigued when I explained that he could wear them under his shirt, and he liked the softness. So he agreed to try them.
He has been wearing them non-stop for the past week. This morning I asked him how he likes them, and he exclaimed that he loves them, that they are so much better than wearing a belt cinched really tight to keep his pants up, and he loves that he can wear them and still have his shirt untucked.
I told him wearing his pants at the proper spot on his waist makes him look 15 years younger, which made him beam. Made me happy too, because it's true.
Theses suspenders are soft but sturdy, very comfortable, and invisible under clothes. Very happy customers! We highly recommend these suspenders.

These work great. I wish they also came in darker colors ...

These work great. I wish they also came in darker colors besides the beige. I wear them on the outside, as I prefer to tuck in my shirt tails. The plastic grippers hold the top of the pants very well--better than most metal suspender grippers I've used.
Quite comfortable too-- I was wondering about that. I worried about only being two points of suspension (instead of three or four), but that does not seem to be an issue.
I will be purchasing another set, soon-- especially if I can get one in not-beige. :D

When a belt won't work and suspenders over your shirt are inappropriate.
TexasTea•April 21, 2017
There are times when you just do not want to wear trouser suspenders over top of your favorite/professional shirt. I do not need to explain that.
This style neatly fit as a hidden accessory beneath any shirt that overhangs your belt line. Invisible for the most part unless you are wearing a mesh shirt, and in that case why try to conceal trouser suspenders?
If you have ever been teased about giving off a plumber's shine, then you may appreciate these hold-ups. They work far better than any belt and are not nearly as uncomfortable when seated. Belt buckle jab becomes annoying quickly.
If you are at the age or shape where a trouser belt does not work for you anymore, then these undergarment hold-ups are a godsend for you.
And no, they do not hold your trousers any higher than a belt would, so don't worry about your waistband looking out of place.
