Great for Plantar Fasciitis
Ez Bardeguez✓ Verified Purchase•November 1, 2017
I have plantar fasciitis and my doctor prescribed these to me. Instead of paying her $80 I found these on Amazon. They are great. They fit ALL my shoes except my sperry's.
They are a little hard, so if you need cushion on the bottom you might have problems.
But, I love em. The top fabric will come off in time but whatever. They are great. I only buy these.

OMG! It changed everything for me

When ever my foot twisted even slightly from uneven terrain, a very sharp pain would shoot through entire almost like constantly spraining. Was seriously thinking of going to foot doctor.
The moment I put the Powerstep Pro on my foot immediately felt more relaxed. Within 2 days the sharp pain through uneven terrain changed to a slight rear stretch. With one week, when I get up barefoot in the night or morning, there Is no pain or feedback. I have no pains after walking long distances.
I bought 4 of the Powerstep Pro to ensure I have in each shoe.

The only insoles that handled my physical complaints!

Having used traditional European shoes most of my life I never had a problem with flat footedness until I started using different shoes. After a couple years I started having different body issues and learnt it from my doctor, much to my surprise, that the shoes I have been using might have been expensive and very nice looking, them being very flat inside caused my feet to flatten out too.
Having tried a few different insoles I finally settled with this one. It is a strong one and it forces your feet in the right shape hence I found it important to start using it daily for an increasing number of hours rather than having it in place all day long. That could hurt pretty bad.
Either way since I use these I do not have body complaints that have earlier spanned from knee issues all the way to back aches. Maybe everybody knows this but I had no idea that my back pains and shoulder and neck issues could be connected to my feet and whether or not they are properly supported when I walk. Well, I learnt something new!

He diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and recommended that I try these inserts

I had suffered for almost a year with heel pain. I tried every type of insert. I even tried the Kuru shoes. Nothing would ease my pain. I finally went to the doctor to see if they could assist. He diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and recommended that I try these inserts. Within two weeks I felt like I could walk normal without pain. If you fall at the end of the size spectrum, go the next size up. My toes touched the edge of the insert and it was uncomfortable. The next size up worked well for me!
Helps Joggers

My physiotherapist recommended these, and they have solved my jogging problems. I was getting leg injuries, even with good running shoes (a gait problem, as my ankle rolled a bit). Since using these, I have not had any problems (I am a moderate jogger, doing about 15 - 25 km per week year round).
Watch the price, as it drops occasionally. And have a backup pair on hand, so you are ready when they wear out. My pair is almost a year old, and still looks fine (with over 700 km of jogging on them, so far).
