The screw on the side that allows you to change the combination from the default 00000 does not turn. Useless. Not eligible for return so a total waste.

It's a little hard to work the combination dials with my fat fingers. I'm always turning two numbers at the same time. It would be great for a kids bike or locker. It wasn't expensive, so it was worth the money.
