This little platform really has helped me work on turning instead of swaying on my golf swing. I keep it by my car in the garage along with the Orange Whip swing trainer. Every morning when I leave I perform the suggested exercises and do the same when I get home. I've shaved 3 strokes from my handicap and am now a 8.
