The product description advertised and invoice show a "case of 6" but the product shipped with only 1. I had to return the order since it was missing advertised items. I saw other similar reviews about the same shipping mistake.

After 4 weeks, looks like not one nibble by the rats that visit nightly. Also, these stations accumulate a lot of moisture up inside the top, which makes the 709-PN bait blocks soggy. The blocks are disintegrating from the moisture inside. I may try drilling vent holes around the tops to let the moisture vent out. These also attract a lot of snails inside! Snails seem to be doing fine. Was missing the 4mm hex key too but that's no big deal any common 4mm hex wrench will work.

I live in an old orange grove and have serious roof rat issues! One night having a bon fire we noticed our creeping fig was "alive" with rustling! Then we saw 7 rats! They were everywhere! Next day bought these and filled with Just One Bite bars. One package filled all 6 bait stations. My backyard is quiet now. No random rustling in the trees.
