Purchased this pillow for a long flight. I was really sad I did. This pillow was so hard and very uncomfortable. It was a pain carrying around since I couldn't even use it. A friend of mine asked to use it since it was just sitting there and within 5 minutes they gave it back. They agreed it was not comfortable and would rather have no pillow then this one. Don't waste your money.

Really nice. Perfect after a particularly harsh back sunburn as I was able to lean on travel pillow on lower back instead of directly on itchy discomfort of my leather recliner. Brought it to movie theater where even the usually terrific recliner seats did not offer the usual luxury comfort. Amazingly versatile and just the right amount of foam fill. I am glad I retired my old neckrest which was worn out and had lost its shape and form otherwise I would not have known the difference. This one is made from good material, has good quality outer fabric, comfortably stiff being made from memory foam. Right now feeling a tad stiff but I am hoping that with use it will conform to my neck's shape. Provides very good sideways support. I am happy.

There isn't anything wrong with this product. I can tell this is a quality product after using from my trip to Korea. But this isn't really comfortable for me, hence the 3 stars. First of all, I wish the back portion of the pillow was thinner or shaved off. Secondly, I found it more comfortable leaning my head sideways on to the window with the plane pillow than using this product. Most reviewers had commented how comfortable it was for them, but not for me i guess...
