Too bad the return window closed. I had purchased this walking stick for a trip, and I was still away when the window closed. Wish that I could give this item no stars. The walking stick broke within two days. The seat stopped staying shut. The three legs spayed out every time I tried to put them in their 'compact' mode. Try walking on a tour with a tripod open and a seat sticking out. It's not just the cost, but the fact that this item is totally unreliable, (read the rest of the reviews), and you have to figure out which product might just work. It is a shame that it is very difficult to find items such as this, and we have to rely on cheap Chinese imports because nobody can beat the behemoth that Amazon has become.

I love it. Have difficulty with my back. The cane aids me in walking. Its light yet easy to carry anywhere and strong enough to hold more than 200 lbs. Great for going to museums where I frequently need to rest, or I bring it to the many sports events which my grandchildren are involved in. Quick, easy set-up and a sturdy seat. Thumbs up

I'm very pleased with my walking stick, which has helped me enormously through two lengthy outings so far. I'm about 5'6", so can use it to steady myself on rough or unfinished surfaces that might otherwise be hazardous. The seat slides into place easily and is reasonably comfortable, though it might be a bit small for heavier people. For me this little contraption provides the safety (and gives me the confidence) needed to go places I've recently had to avoid. Thank You!

Received this in Mid July. Just took the tag off and walked 50 feet total in and out of big box store on Aug 18th. Was very careful in storing and carrying. Got home after 1st use and two of three rubber bottoms to cane had fallen off after only this one use, never to be found. Tested the third rubber bottom and it was loose. This cane was handled and used carefully. Will cost too much to return. Seat was not that stable when I tested it in my kitchen. I am well within the weight restrictions for use. So overall this not a good product.

the description says it is typically used by a person 5' to 5'10" and it is too short for walking. While I was looking for something to offer some support and a quick seat, the seat works, (not comfortable), but at 5'4" I would think the cane would be tall enough - it is not and hurts my back to use as a cane.
