I am not going into much detail about this ladder because everything you need to know about it is on YouTube. I will just touch on warning about the 26 ft. ladder. Let me start by saying every home should have one because it take the places of several ladders.
I have the 26ft ladder, warning it is freaking heavy 49.5 lbs. If you're a small petite woman this ladder is not for you, some small men would've problem with the 26 footer. Little Giant have other size ladders to choose from. I chose this size because of the high ceiling and roof I have at my home.
Watch out when extending ladder my ladder is one of the heaviest model if you're not careful you will loose a finger or pinch skin, ouch!!!
Do not be fearful people you must read the instructions, watch YouTube for your size ladder, just be safe. You must learn how to walk ladder up in extend position, remember my ladder 26 ft up then you must have strength to move, position and flip ladder over it is a task for one person. I did tree trimming today wow let me tell you that was some workout.
I just wanted to list some concern about the 26 footer Little Giant Ladder. My version, the Velocity is awesome and I shall welcome it for many years. This thing is rock solidly built.

First let me say I have no basis for comparison as I've never owned a ladder before. I've only used stools, multiple chairs stacked into dangerous positions, or decided the request *really* didn't need to be done if it needed a ladder.
However, we recently purchased a house with 15- and 22-foot ceilings and a fan light bulb went out. I thought that was annoying but let it go until the living room flood also went out. At this point, my options were to rent a ladder from Home Depot for $29 or purchase a ladder. I broke down and purchased this one.
And it's wonderful. Having never operated a ladder of this type, it took me ~20 seconds to figure out. The locking mechanism made obvious sense. I'm 210lbs and felt stable even when it was fully extended into an A frame.
I replaced the flood, replaced the fan light, and even cleaned the fan blades to the amazement of my wife. Now I'm even having dreams about hanging Christmas lights.
I don't review things often. But this purchase made me feel good about myself. If you need a ladder and don't know anything about ladders, I think this will be a good purchase for you too.

It's the best. Really, you don't want a low quality ladder when you are 16' off the ground.

We love this ladder. The instructions are very helpful and the ladder is super versatile, like several ladders in one. I particularly love that you can set the feet asymmetrically for uneven surfaces. It's a little unwieldy for little old me to open and set up, (5' 6") but I can do it if I take my time.
nice safety investment

It's a great ladder. Very solid and steady. It is heavy though. I also feel the ladder is hard to sometimes unclasp the angle locks. I bought this after my a frame ladder tilted over when putting light gear in the rafters if my garage. The little giant does not tilt over... it is so sturdy. I no longer have to worry about getting hurt. Safety is so important to me and the little giant will stop me from falling.

Little Giant, your ladders are pure awesomeness ladderfied. I will gladly take money to go give you good reviews across the web. That said, I am currently not employed or affiliated in anyway with this company, the seller, or any other direct or indirect connection. My home inspector was the one who actually sold me on buying this ladder, but it was buying this ladder that actually sold me on owning this ladder. Seriously, I have all pros to give for my review and no cons yet, so here they are:
PROS:
-Durable & strong in every form/shape I've used so far. Honestly, safety is the thing I care about most when getting up and down a ladder. I was initially concerned this would be wobbly, weak, and/or janky. It is most certainly none of those things.
-It works as longer, medium, or shorter ladder for a plethora of circumstances and/or needs.
-It has a flexible design in general and is easily reconfigurable to other ladder options as well as reduced in size for storage and/or carrying.
-It was relatively fairly priced considering the usability/functionality of the product.
-The intuitive design effort seemingly led to a truly user-friendly product (for once, these days).
-The ladder has yet to pinch me, worry me, or not fit a certain need. This alone makes my Little Giant better than any other ladder I have ever used and/or owned.
I guess it's kind of needless to say at this point but all the same I highly recommend this ladder, friends. It has not disappointed me a single time, to date.
