🤬ABSOLUTE GARBAGE😡
Erica•April 13, 2018
THIS TOP ONLY LAST ONE SEASON. WENT TO PUT IT BACK UP THIS SEASON AND IT RIPPED. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO THE COMPANY THEY BASICALLY SAID THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO...THEN THEY TOOK THE OPPORTUNITY TO "UP SALE" THEIR 50% MORE STURDY, BUT WAYYYYY MORE EXPENSIVE CANOPY. BEING THAT SEVERAL OTHERS HAVE COMPLAINED THAT THEIR TOP ONLY LAST ONE SEASON THIS LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THIS PARTICULAR TOP IS INTENTIONALLY MADE WITH A FAULT IN ORDER TO UPSELL THE MORE EXPENSIVE ONE. THUS, I WILL BE ESCALATING THE MATTER TO AMAZON FOR FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF A MORE SUITABLE REMEDY. I'LL BE SURE POST AN UPDATE.
Rips every year.

This fits perfectly BUT we have had to buy a new one every year due to ripping. At least it costs less than the others which rip just the same.
Looks good

Perfect fit
Right Serial Number, Wrong Fit
Autumn•July 28, 2016
These things are difficult to find. When I finally found this one, it matched the serial number to my gazebo perfectly, and the gazebo frame in the image looks exactly like mine. Why, then, is it too small? Why couldn't I even get the top tier to fit before it ripped, making it impossible to return? Why doesn't the description list the dimensions anywhere? Thanks a lot for making an already stressful summer even worse.
Looks good so far

It was tight to get on, but we discovered we could slacken the roof supports by releasing the "lock buttons" near the centre of the roof. By doing this, it gave us enough wiggle room to get the bottom of the canopy over the gazebo frame. Looks good so far, but they should make it slightly larger so it would go over the frame without struggling.
