It does have a good burn. But this belt isn't for the faint of heart. If you are too sensitive you probably won't like it. The belt just uses your only body heat on itself. I feel great when using it and is sturdy on your body.

, well, the first week I really felt the burn but afterwards I didn't feel anything which lead me to believe that it is in burning the calories like it once was. I've had something similar but cheaper but the quality wasn't great but I felt the burn for weeks and weeks. But again no longer feel the burn so I'm weary on this Belt being effective. The quality of this belt is great and it fits perfectly so not sure why the burning stop but if it doesn't perform as described and it isn't worth it.

I have never used any type of belts before and this one cought my attention. It takes time to adjust to the heat it reflects from your body, it can get REALLY hot. My "belly fat" seems to feel loose and soft so hopefully here soon I start shredding some of that off. I only give it 4 starts because It would be beneficial if the belt would cover the sides and back as well, otherwise its a really good belt, good and strong material; and good back support.
