Nothing happens over night, but it definitely seems to be working. I believe that I have had for at less a month, normally wear for 45 minutes while working out. I noticed that I am having to wear even tighter than when I first start. Probably be ordering a smaller belt in 2-3 months.

This thing is awesome! It's incredible how much heat it creates. I wear this for about 30 mins when I'm sitting and watching tv, after 15 mins if feels like someone set a hot skillet on your stomach. I have found that wearing it over top of an under armour tank top while working out is the best way to go. It just gets too dang hot too fast while you workout. Wearing it over a thin shirt allows you to wear it throughout your entire workout and gives you a nice comfortable heat to were you can really feel it working but you don't feel the need to yanking off like you just walked into a forest fire. Great product. I just wish the heating element portions went all the way around the sides and back.
