After charging the headset overnight, was able to plug and have mom use them right away! So nice to have the volume at a standard level for me and her be able to increase the volume for her! We had tried a different pair of another company that was less expensive, but they never worked right.

I love the TV ears with one exception. The ear buds are too big and really hurt the ears after being in for about 10 min. Other than that they are great. They arrived in perfect condition and delivery was much sooner than expected. If not for the ear buds I would have rated it 5 stars.
