Amazing tool, delight to use, gorgeous delicious cookies

Oh my god. What an amazing little tool. I never imagined that I could make such gorgeous and elegant cookies. My 2 year old was pressing the cookies and they came out absolutely beautiful. Finally, cookies I can be proud of and give away as treats! The press is beautifully built, easy to use, such pleasure to work with. So many dies to try, all the shapes are so elegant. We had great fun playing with them! The basic dough recipe in the little book is spot on, just go with it and don't look back. Cookies come out perfectly balanced, not too sweet, with slightly chewy texture and beautiful golden color. I think the fact that there are no egg whites, just yolks, gives it that rich texture. You know how sometimes cookies can have that unpleasant "glassy" texture when you bite into them? Well, there is none of that, just melt in your mouth too-pretty-to eat cookies. Can't wait to try other recipes from the booklet. Amazing. Bravo!!!
I got it as a Christmas gift--after grumbling for the 10th year in a row how I HATE my two old presses when it was cookie-baking

I hardly ever write reviews but I had to rave about this cookie press. I got it as a Christmas gift--after grumbling for the 10th year in a row how I HATE my two old presses when it was cookie-baking time a few weeks ago. Whipped up some butter cookies last night. By FAR this was the easiest press to use. I was done in no time. I tried different disks, and all were cute and even. It seems like a study construction, too. I would recommend this to a friend.
I'm in love

I'm in love. I can't believe how well this little press works. First time I used it yesterday, I felt like a genius. I agree that the chamber is small but the results are so good that I don't mind the frequent refilling. Also agree that recipe included is not what most people in the US at least would consider spritz, more like an actual bread biscuit (not a biscuit like a UK cookie). After trying the included recipe my kids did not like it as well, so I went back to my my traditional spritz recipe and I will follow the suggestion to chill the dough next time, the shape was good but they spread a little. One of my favorite things that was noted before is that no dough is wasted, the press is very efficient. I had a Williams Sonoma press that was decent but broke after 15 years and then I got an OXO which did not work at all, I got rid of it. This press is remarkable compared to my two previous. The discs really do yield the shapes they're supposed to. Lots of fun. Oh, and I don't mind the cleanup and fussy box because it is such a pretty blue color, I like looking at it! None of the quirks of this press were enough to take me off my 5 star feeling after I saw the results.
Quality press and I would recommend it.

I just used my new cookie press last night. I've heard a lot of people say they have trouble making pressed cookies, but with this press, I had no problems at all. It worked very well. Quality press and I would recommend it.

I love this cookie press! I'm a newbie when it comes to cookie presses, so I watched several videos to get the hang of it before I made cookies. I found a spritz cookie recipe online that worked great. The press is well-made, easy to use, and easy to clean. The resulting cookies are BEAUTIFUL! It's super fun to make cookies with this press. UPDATED to say this press is great for cheese straws, too. It comes with a star die, which works perfectly for cheese straws. I've also started using the lever attachment for extra leverage when needed. I find it useful when making large spritz cookies. Be sure to put your cookie sheets in the freezer before pressing cookies so they'll stick better to the sheet. Still loving this cookie press.
