I'm 5'7 and 136 pounds and I got a medium but I think I should have got a large because the pants are a little tighter than I thought and they are shorter they are high waters but I can still wear them that is the only thing that I don't like about the pants I like the rips.

Tastes great, love the soft texture. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is too many have the wrapper stuck to the candy and it rips and shreds when you try to peel it away.
