I wasn't sure how much I would like this light but in these gray depressing days of winter I am finding myself using it 5-6 days a week. When I'm working I have it on for several hours. I have it to my right side so it is not directly in front of me but definitely makes my work area feel brighter. I also noticed I'm not feeling as tired and yawning as much in the afternoon when I have the Happy Light now so I think it is giving me more energy. I am more than satisfied with my purchase.
