So, the dispenser itself is good and does what it's supposed to do. No complaints there.
But, a few things that I think could be improved. The little feet could use some kind of rubber or slip resistant material to make it a little more secure on the counter.
Also, not wildly important to the product, but they did include the promised coupons, except they were expired, so that's kinda annoying. Maybe Primo will send me new ones with valid dates?

Nice crock, sturdy with 5 gallon bottle on it. The only bad thing was the coupons that came with it. That was one of the main reasons I chose this brand, to get the $5 off the first water purchase. I received the crock and coupons in late August, and the coupons I received had expired on June 30. I emailed the Primo water company, but nobody ever responded, even though their website said they respond within 48 hours.

After successfully emptying two 2 and a half gallon Prima bottles, I had the third one get dumped on my floor by this thing. The dispenser leaks around the bottle where it connects to the dispenser--and yes I was using the plastic protective ring. So I spent $40 on something that lasted me a month. Don't waste your money.

This works great for dispensing my water. It was packaged for shipping well and does not drip. The stand is not flimsy and just high enough to put a glass under.
I was placing 5 gallon glass carboys on it, but I switched to 3 gallon because it's easier to flip.

Easy to clean and fits on my counter. I didn't need the electric stand up tall water coolers since I like my water not refrigerated and I have an electric tea kettle if I want hot water. Fits 3 or 5 gallon water. The small stand is a nice added touch since I have it on my counter and the added height helps place a bottle or glass under the spout for easy pouring. Shop around. This same model is offered on walmart for $10 cheaper when I purchased this on amazon.
