This is the nicest looking space heater I've ever seen, much less owned. It looks like a lovely piece of furniture. The cord is a decent length for a space heater. We like the fact that it has a remote control as well. The trapezoidal shape keeps it from being knocked over easily. There is a child lock-out on the front panel so that only the remote will work if you so desire. The cabinet is cool to the touch while it warms our living room. We live out in the country and have to use very expensive propane to heat our home. When it costs nearly $1000 to fill your propane tank and you usually have to do so twice in the winter, having an alternative to keep you warm is really nice. This little heater really warms a room.

Bought one of these last year to keep our Sun Room warm office warm in the winter because it has windows all around the room and they are old single pane which is terrible insulation. The room also has large cracks around the doors and other places so it leaks warmth like crazy. This heater has worked wonderfully and makes the room comfortable and keeps it warm even in the 30's. We are now purchasing a second one because my elderly mother has come to live with us and she gets cold in her 25 x 22' room so she likes to keep it at 78 degrees and this heater does the job easily and it regulates it self just like your thermostat in the house.

Works good puts out way more heat than a space heater oil or ceramic,uses some electricity but once the place is up to temp it hardly runs unlike the baseboard heat,saves a little bit in electricity.still running after two winters.

I received mine at the end of November. Died at the end of April. As others have wrote, it did Not have the air ionizer feature described THEN, but not in the description now. The company is sending a new power plate for ME to fix. The guarantee is for Parts. If you want them to fix it WE pay for shipping to them BOTH ways! Does better than my Lifesmart 6 element that started to "fade" after 2 winters and covered 4-500 sq.ft. This one takes care of 5-700 sq.ft. I have a high vaulted ceiling, so if you have a 8' or 9' ceiling it would probably take care of 900 sq.ft.
