I didnt get enough green chile flavor out of it. No matter how much i put, it doesnt have that hatch green chile flavor.

I am from New Mexico and need green chile, I put this in soups, and on things I roast and bbq, wish it was hotter, I try to keep stocked with the very hot green chile powder from the Fruit Basket in ABQ but I run out and don't make it back enough to get more, while it doesn't seem as flavorful it is very good, they need to make a size in between the small size and 5 pounds. I am sure I will use it all the same.
