I've been struggling with our bathroom fan for a couple of years now, having to pull it apart and lube it up every few months. Finally decided to look for a replacement, which isn't easy in a manufactured home. This is a perfect fit, and my only wish would be for more power. That said, it's pretty darn silent.
I also wish the people who built this house put framing around the fan. They had a couple of the lag screws going into just drywall. Never ever buy a manufactured...

Bless you Ventline!

Renovating a doublewide and finding a verticle discharge replacement fan is VERY limited. This one works perfectly, installed easily and is so oh so quiet. VERY pleased. Am ordering one for the other bathroom. Didnt want to get both right off in case of failure!!
Not right fan

Ordered a fan previously and it was correct fit with side brackets to pinch against ceiling on install. Like old construction hardware. This one does not have the brackets. I need to return, but apparently I cannot as I'm just getting around to installing it after purchasing 2 months ago.
Good fan.

Easy replacement for my old Ventline. There were some from the cross member that mounts the motor that stuck out a little far for the previous hole, so I had to work around that.
Good fit, good function.

The first time this was shipped, all that came was the grille. Amazon quickly sent out a replacement and it arrived in good time. It probably could have been packaged better; the only protective material in the box was kraft paper, and the nailing flange was bent very slightly. The fan fit perfectly in my 1997 Titan mobile home, even the holes in the nailing fin matched the holes in the ceiling from the old fan. The grille must be slightly smaller than the old fan's though because you can just slightly see a ring in the popcorn ceiling maybe 1/4 to 1/2 an inch out around this one. Also, I don't understand "sones" or however they rate these fans for noise, but you almost have to concentrate to hear if it's running or not. It's one of the quietest vent fans I've ever heard.
