I'm so excited to put this baby in a cute little corner in my home! I'm really in love. I think it is important to leave the note that the plastic spigot that this dispenser comes with is no bueno. It leaves a tiny leak on your counter or wherever you're placing it a mess in time. I know some say it needs to be tightened but trust me, I've tightened it as far as it could go and it still didn't help. I saw reviews about the trouble so was prepared to get a stainless steel one and it made all the difference, also on Amazon. I got this cute 2.5 gallon carboy from EBay to go with it and now I'm in love with this farmhouse look! Just adorable!

The valve was not easily seated so that it didn't leak. It took a few days but finally was able to adjust the valve so it didn't leak.

A well made crock and the plastic spiggott is perfect for brewing Kombucha. The plastic open ring that fits on top is great. I place a hand towel over the crock and keep it secured with the plastic ring.
