Wonderful flavor

I am a frequent baker and chocolate is a favorite flavor. This baking chocolate is excellent and is worth spending more for than supermarket chocolate when you want the flavor to shine.

Yesterday, I discovered that using premium unsweetened chocolate for baking makes a world of difference in the end product. From the depth of flavor to the moist chewy texture of the scratch made brownies, the recipe never tasted and turned out so well than with Guittard's 100% Unsweetened Chocolate for Baking. True, the cost for this product is a bit more than your average grocery store bought brand, but if you're going to indulge, why not make it worth it.
