These are wonderful if you have mice but don't want to kill them. It took a while to figure out exactly how to get the mice to enter the trap and I've found the perfect way....PEANUT BUTTER. I put a dab on the insides of both trap doors which have small holes where the mice can see and smell it but can't get to it unless they enter the trap, and a nice dime sized nugget just out of arm's reach in front of the holes in the front of the trap. Believe me, if it's within arm's reach, they will grab it through the holes and won't enter the trap. (I had a spy cam trained on my trap one night and watched what the mouse did. He started by reaching in and grabbing handfuls of peanut butter. Once it was out of reach, he was desperate to get it and entered the trap) Sometimes it takes a day or two for the mouse to get the courage to go through that small trap door. Don't give up too soon and assume he won't ever go in. He usually does eventually. Do date, I've trapped and relocated about 20 mice! They're cute little guys so I don't want to kill them but they don't belong in my house or garage.

One trap's working fine, the other (identical) trap -- mice have figured out how to get in, eat the bait and skedaddle. The corner design should be excellent since the trap can be placed right where the mice travel. Good idea -- don't know why one trap works and the other doesn't.

After not catching mice in an area with high activity for 2 days and 3 nights, I was beginning to wonder if the product worked. This morning I had 2 in the trap. However, once the mice moved back towards the doors it was very hard to see them in the trap, so it's possible I missed seeing them previously. I like how big the air holes are on this trap. My advice would be to thoroughly check the trap even of it appears empty from a few angles.

I caught several mice with the trap, but I learned that the cover had to be on tight. The first time I used the trap, the mouse or mice ate the peanut butter, but escaped by pushing the top open.

Love it, the mice all try and move in for the winter, but with this and a bit of peanut butter, apparently I can help them move out without leaving poison or death traps around the house. They move around a bit and the metal clanks to let you know the trap is occupied, and they use it as a little mousey bathroom which I'm suspecting helps draw more of em.
