Great Chocolate!

I love this brand of chocolate and was thrilled to find bars for baking. I melted them down and made chocolate covered bananas on a stick for my son's first birthday. The chocolate tasted great! And worked great for melting and coating the bananas.

This chocolate is manufactured by a family company whose ancestors where from France. From my perspective this is the best chocolate to make creamy hot chocolate or decadent chocolate pastries!
