I rarely review supplements but if you want to loose weight I highly recommend this product. I have been on this for a little less than a month and I've just weighed my self this morning and I am down 15 pounds. I took 1 pill for 2 1/2 weeks then went to 2 pills a day. They do make you feel better while your loosing weight. Like all meds and supplements check with your doctor first. Once if get to my desired weight I may drop to 1 a day or so to maintain weight.
I searched the internet and read all I could find on this product before I tried it. This one has the recommended Garcinia 1600mg a day for weight loss and not much else. I found a lot of these products have other ingredients but this one is simple just what you need.
If you read the reviews that are out there on this product and similar ones it do not work for all people. I have limited my calorie intake to between 1200 - 1600 a day and have started exercising. This really helps and speeds up the weight loss and works the best for me.
