Not bad. When buying suspenders you have a choice of clasps which tend to be either hard to close on thick fabric such as a waistband or easily slip off, or as in this case, hook clasps which fasten to belt loops and hold securely. The next choice one has is one fasten point in back or two. One fasten point is certainly easier, but I don't happen to own any pants with a belt loop directly in the center of my back. The result is a fastener that is always off center and hitching up one side of my pants while the other side droops, and as I have a considerable belly, the amount of off sided hitching can be considerable.
Other than this problem, the quality is good for the price and this product does at the end of the day, indeed keep my pants up.

I should have gotten a small rather than a medium. I have the buckles in the tightest position and they still are too long to work for me. The straps keep falling off my shoulders. I can't punch extra holes because the strap widens past the last hole. Too bad because I like the way they look. If I could trade them for a small I would, but it's such a hassle and expensive to send something back. I'm short waisted but I took the sizing advice of getting the medium, because I'm 5'9" and weigh 220lbs. If I had purchased the small size I could have let them out a notch or two and had a better fit. Perhaps in the winter with my heaviest flannel they may fit better, but I doubt it. What I would really like is for the company to send me a small size, and I'd try them both and send back the size that fit least well. I had to pull the back strap as tight as it would go through the sliding wire loop, and tighten the belts on the tightest holes, but they're still too loose. Postscript: I decided to return them and I used Amazon's return label. Turns out to be hassle-free, so I learned something. Amazon will credit my charge card, so I learned something. You don't have to keep anything that doesn't fit.

These are simply beautiful suspenders. The leather is nice and sturdy with a nice brown color. I wore them on my wedding day and received many compliments. Just be aware of the clip ons. Some pants don't have a back belt loop in the center of the waist for them--as I learned with mine. They're also really comfortable.

I'd have left a better rating, if I what I received in the email even remotely resembled what was shown here... different clasps and design all together. That and the dye for the leather rubbed off on my hands and clothes after not even a minute of handling these

I'm 5'10" with a 30" inseam, 190 lbs. Large fits with no adjustment.

Good quality, good looks, doesn't lose its grip on the pants.

I wear these when riding long distances on my motorcycle. It easily supports the weight of my gun belt with pistol and extra magazines better than any other braces I've tried.
