Makes copies fast and saves time doing 5 at a time!

I really liked this product but it arrived with a dent on the top of it, which led me to believe that I was sold a "USED" unit. That is not cool if you're gonna pay full pop for it.
I know that it didn't happen in shipping because it was double boxed and padded well.

Dependability.

This is probably the best electronic items I have ever purchased. Makes 5 copies in under 2 minutes and when it finishes copying it checks to make sure that all copies are correct and then will show 5/5 complete. Highly recommend this item
Easy to use

Very easy to use, plugged in an turned on, booted up and drives opened, put in original disk in top drive and blank disks in the other five drives, five minutes later had five duplicate dvds of a thirty minute program. Excellent!
BIG FIVE ROCKS!

What a fabulous unit. I replaced my 3 disc copier with this 5 disc copier and could not be more impressed! This unit has one touch operation"¦just turn this bad boy on, load your master and blanks and you are ready to rock and roll! I particularly love the overall look and construction of the unit. The tray for the master disc is clearly marked, unlike other units where all trays look alike. Also, each tray operates independently, so if you have a bad disc, the unit will eject that disc and allow you to replace it while all other discs continue to be copied. Excellent in every way. I am actually glad my 3 disc unit went down.
Good value

This copier replaces an older one that probably was five times more expensive. The machine serves our needs well and was a good investment.
